As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in the daily operation of our food and beverage services within the attraction. You'll oversee team members during shifts, ensure an outstanding guest experience, and help maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Lead day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, serving as Supervisor on Duty when required.
Motivate, support, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service and a positive team culture.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations; train and monitor staff on best practices.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members across areas like food safety, guest interaction, and operational standards.
Help manage queues and guest flow during peak times to maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience.
Respond to and resolve guest concerns or escalations in a calm, service-focused manner.
Support inventory control, stocking, scheduling, and basic ordering procedures as needed.
Act as a communication bridge between frontline team members and management.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a food & beverage, hospitality, or guest service role. Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
Customer Focused: Genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for families and children.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and front-of-house.
Safety First Mindset: Understands the importance of cleanliness, food safety, and guest well-being.
Team Player: Leads with empathy and professionalism, supporting others while holding the team accountable.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings with varying temperatures.
Must be able to obtain food safety certifications as required by local or state law.
