As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in making the LEGO® magic come alive—leading your team, creating playful experiences, and ensuring every guest’s visit is full of fun, learning, and adventure.

Lead the daily operations across Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail (with Duty Manager training provided).
Deliver memorable, interactive, and fun experiences for every guest.
Ensure outstanding Guest Care in line with Merlin’s Guest Obsession standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate Guest Experience Hosts to exceed expectations.
Take responsibility for the attraction in the absence of a Manager or Supervisor.
Monitor department sales, implement creative ideas to increase spend, and report results to management.
Support your team with clear feedback, communication, and encouragement.
Model best practices and lead by example on the attraction floor.
Follow and uphold safety, health, and operational procedures.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
6+ months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service.
Passion for entertaining and engaging children and families.
Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Fun, outgoing, and approachable personality with the ability to energize a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
