We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and bring our attraction to life through creative campaigns and activations that drive guest engagement and deliver business targets. In this role, you’ll work closely with both operational teams on-site and specialist colleagues across Marketing, Strategy, Finance, and more, making collaboration and communication key to success. With a balance of creativity and analytical skills, a “can-do” attitude, and an eye for detail, you’ll help ensure our attraction not only meets goals but also provides an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with operational teams to ensure delivery to a high standard, on time, and on budget.
Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, signage, and other assets.
Partner with the Brand team to maintain consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing activity, including IP approvals where required.
Use customer insights, analytics, and market trends to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Support E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and Content teams in delivering plans that grow traffic, reach, engagement, and conversion across digital channels.
Collaborate with Operations teams to activate marketing on site.
Work with Channel Owners (Trade, Partnerships, etc.) to deliver aligned marketing plans that meet attraction volume and revenue targets.
Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and alignment with marketing activity.
Partner with Corporate Affairs to integrate messaging into marketing plans.
Support E-Commerce and Digital Marketing teams in U.S. market strategies.
Manage relationships with external agency partners to deliver attraction activation plans that meet marketing objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
1+ years of marketing experience and/or a relevant degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related subject.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and build positive working relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Passion for the entertainment, leisure, event planning, and tourism industry.
