About the Role:
As a Guest Experience Shift Lead you will help ensure every visit to our attraction is unforgettable playing a hands-on role in daily operations and supporting our front-line team in delivering world-class customer service. You’ll also help develop and inspire team members to be “guest obsessed” while maintaining a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the Guest Experience team to provide exceptional service.

  • Delegate daily assignments and monitor team performance.

  • Serve as the Supervisor on Duty and step into host roles as needed.

  • Assist in managing guest flow and queues safely and efficiently.

  • Handle guest issues and concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Organize and deliver training programs for all front-line team members; maintain training records.

  • Coach team members, provide feedback, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Support various department projects, including audits, employee engagement, and development initiatives.

  • Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.

  • Six months or more experience in attractions, entertainment, or other service-oriented industries is a plus.

  • Fun, outgoing, and approachable with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment individually and as part of a team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range

USD $17.50/Hr.
