About the Role:
As a Guest Experience Shift Lead you will help ensure every visit to our attraction is unforgettable playing a hands-on role in daily operations and supporting our front-line team in delivering world-class customer service. You’ll also help develop and inspire team members to be “guest obsessed” while maintaining a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support the Guest Experience team to provide exceptional service.
Delegate daily assignments and monitor team performance.
Serve as the Supervisor on Duty and step into host roles as needed.
Assist in managing guest flow and queues safely and efficiently.
Handle guest issues and concerns with professionalism and care.
Organize and deliver training programs for all front-line team members; maintain training records.
Coach team members, provide feedback, and escalate issues when necessary.
Support various department projects, including audits, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
Six months or more experience in attractions, entertainment, or other service-oriented industries is a plus.
Fun, outgoing, and approachable with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment individually and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
