Keep our office running smoothly and full of positive energy! You'll be the go-to person for keeping things organized, supporting the attraction’s leadership team, and making sure everything feels welcoming, professional, and ready for fun.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and promote a fun, fast-paced environment in line with the Merlin Way.
Maintain confidentiality and support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Develop and manage back-of-house support systems.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding: job fairs, interviews, I-9s, orientations, uniforms, and materials.
Coordinate employee recognition and social events.
Handle clerical tasks: filing, scanning, organizing documents, and mailing.
Manage office vendor POs and supply levels (Amazon, Staples, etc.).
Greet and direct visitors, including vendors and job candidates.
Facilitate clear communication across teams and maintain organized noticeboards and common areas.
Oversee visitor check-ins, call screening, and general office troubleshooting.
Ensure office equipment is working and assist during peak times or on special projects as needed.
Education and Experience:
Customer service and public-facing office experience preferred
Outgoing, service-focused personality; thrives in team or solo settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, multitasking environments
Proficient with office software, filing systems, and equipment
Skilled in organization, prioritization, proofreading, and basic research
Able to learn new office procedures and formats quickly
Collaborative and professional with both team and public
Must be available to work one weekend day per month
