Working Conditions

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Attendance is a mandatory and essential function of this position.

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Physical Demands

• Communicate effectively, hear, and listen attentively.

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting (up to 70 lbs), reaching, twisting, climbing, balancing, and crouching.

• Operate hand tools, heavy power equipment, and machinery at heights over 20 feet.

• Handle objects of varying sizes and weights using fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

• Wear all necessary PPE and comply with safety procedures.

Environmental Factors

• Exposure to varying indoor/outdoor temperatures, floor surfaces, and lighting conditions.

• May encounter:

  • Loud environments

  • Vibrating equipment

  • Wet, drafty, or damp conditions

  • Hazardous or corrosive materials

  • Toxic or caustic chemicals

  • Fluorescent lamps, batteries, and hazardous waste
