Essential Job Functions:

• Lead by example, ensuring excellent guest experiences and meeting key performance goals.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the Retail Team to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support the Retail Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and labor budgets.
• Oversee daily operations, manage guest complaints, and ensure proper team coverage.
• Handle recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development, including performance evaluations.
• Monitor retail areas for visual appeal and recommend improvements.
• Ensure team compliance with policies, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
• Lead daily briefings, communicate updates, and encourage team collaboration and innovation.
• Manage staff incentives, track metrics, and log incidents as needed.
• Perform all roles within the retail area and assist with stock management and AP compliance.
• Other duties as assigned
