This role is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Retail Department. This is to include, but is not limited to: participation in Retail Duty Program, partnership with Central Planning for daily Retail shop coverage, Guest inquires and calls and administrative functions and communication with the Retail Leadership Team.

Background and Experience:
Requires one - two years of experience in Retail. Experience in theme park merchandise is preferred. Requires experience in retail store operations, leadership/management experience, including employee training. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory/sales auditing, and of point of sale automated systems is required. Experienced in merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising is required. Ability to work effectively with others with effective communication skills required.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College degree preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for sustained periods of time to attend on-site and off-site meetings, perform paperwork activities, travel and drive.
Intermittent and prolonged standing and walking to move about the park site, and interact with employees.
Finger dexterity sufficient to complete paperwork activities and to use a computer.
Visual acuity sufficient to read written materials, to complete paperwork activities, and to drive.
Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and by telephone.
Work Environment:
Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
Other Job Requirements:
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations. PPE as required by Manager or other HSSE Management including closed toed shoes, non-slip shoes, etc.
