As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll be a hands-on leader on the attraction floor, inspiring your team, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile ๐Ÿ˜Š

Qualifications & Experience

What You’ll Be Doing ๐Ÿš€

In this exciting leadership role, you will:

  • ๐ŸŒŸ Lead from the attraction floor, providing example-based, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership
  • ๐Ÿ˜Š Deliver outstanding guest care aligned with Guest Obsession standards
  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Motivate, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • ๐Ÿ“ฃ Deliver engaging daily team briefings and maintain clear communication
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Support daily operations and ensure all positions are effectively covered
  • ๐Ÿ›Ÿ Uphold the highest standards of safety, presentation, and guest service
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Empower the team to confidently handle service recovery moments
  • ๐Ÿงฑ Monitor guest-facing areas and help enhance the overall experience
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Provide feedback to drive performance and maximize sales opportunities
  • ๐Ÿ“… Assist with scheduling, training, and performance support
  • ๐Ÿฐ Support Duty Manager shifts overseeing attraction-wide operations
  • โœจ Encourage new ideas and innovation to improve the business

 

This role is highly interactive, guest-facing, and perfect for leaders who love being where the action is!

What We’re Looking For ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ‍โ™‚๏ธ

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • โœ” High school diploma or GED
  • โœ” At least two years of supervisory experience in a guest-facing environment
  • โœ” Strong leadership and communication skills
  • โœ” A calm, confident approach in a busy, high-energy setting
  • โœ” Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • โœ” Sales awareness and attention to detail
  • โœ” Comfort working with POS or computerized systems
  • โœ” The ability to multitask and stay organized
