What You'll Do:
π Deliver unforgettable, above-and-beyond guest service aligned with Gateway & Merlin standards
π° Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and supporting F&B initiatives
π§Όβ οΈ Maintain top-tier hygiene, safety, licensing, and alcohol compliance at all times
π Flex across outlets, special events, and fast-paced indoor/outdoor environments
π§π¦ Provide high-quality, kid-focused service with a friendly, positive team attitude
π½οΈ Handle full service flow—POS use, orders, setup/clear down, and cost control
π€ Communicate clearly, meet guest expectations, and represent the Merlin brand proudly
Qualifications & Experience
What You'll Bring:
π High school diploma or GED required
πΈ 2+ years bartending experience preferred (full-service restaurant a big plus!)
π Brings a positive, hospitable attitude and loves delivering top-tier service
β‘ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well as part of a team
π Able to obtain required licenses/certifications, including food safety within 30 days
