Your Mission: Keep the LEGO Magic Alive!

Ever wondered who keeps the incredible LEGO dragons, cities, and characters looking AWESOME every single day? That could be YOU.

As a LEGO Model Resetter / Cleaner, you’ll be part artist, part technician, and part performer—bringing models to life while guests watch the magic happen. From quick fixes to full rebuilds, your work keeps the park looking world-class and camera-ready at all times.

What You’ll Do (Your Daily Build List)

Model Building & Maintenance

  • Construct, repair, reset, and install LEGO models across the resort
  • Copy-build and restore models using a wide variety of LEGO elements
  • Read and interpret digital designs, sketches, and reference materials
  • Perform routine maintenance and quick-turn repairs to keep displays guest-ready
  • Safely use tools and equipment to fabricate and repair models
  • Inspect models for safety and presentation quality
  • Keep workspaces clean, organized, and efficient (sweep, mop, rake, mulch)

Guest-Facing Fun

  • Interact with guests while working in visible areas—yes, people will watch you build!
  • Share your passion for LEGO and answer guest questions
  • Bring positive energy and represent the LEGO brand with pride
  • Support special events, media moments, and on-camera opportunities
  • Help maintain safe, welcoming work zones for guests and team members

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience in model making, design, crafts, or hands-on creative work
  • Strong knowledge of LEGO elements and building techniques
  • Ability to follow and interpret LEGO build plans
  • High attention to detail (you notice the missing 1x1 brick 👀)
  • Quick problem-solving skills and good judgment under pressure
  • A genuine love of LEGO—and the ability to share that excitement with others!

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Design or creative experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Willingness to travel regionally if needed
  • Comfortable appearing on camera after media training
  • Comfortable and experienced with hand-held power tools. Drills, Saws, Hammer Drill, Drivers, Sanders. This is a MUST. 

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Availability required on weekends and peak park days
  • Schedule may vary based on park operations
  • We aim to provide two consecutive days off whenever possible
