A LEGOLAND® Operations Controller ensures the Resort runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently each day. Acting as the central communication hub, this role monitors real-time park operations, coordinates between departments, and supports teams to deliver an awesome, seamless guest experience — built one brick at a time.
The ideal candidate offers a strong foundation in data entry, documentation, or administrative workflow management (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel), paired with exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
Availability to work a Friday through Tuesday schedule is essential.
Core Responsibilities
1. Real‑Time Monitoring & Coordination
- Track operational activity, schedules, staffing, and performance metrics.
- Identify issues or deviations and take corrective action quickly.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
2. Communication Hub
- Relay critical information between teams (operations, maintenance, leadership, vendors).
- Provide updates, alerts, and status reports.
- Escalate urgent issues and coordinate responses.
3. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
- Diagnose disruptions or inefficiencies in operations.
- Deploy resources or adjust workflows to resolve issues.
- Maintain service continuity and minimize downtime.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Record incidents, operational changes, and performance metrics.
- Produce shift reports and dashboards.
- Analyze trends to support planning, forecasting, and process improvement.
5. Process & Performance Optimization
- Recommend improvements to procedures, staffing, or technology.
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
