At LEGOLAND New York Resort, our team members—known as Model Citizens—bring the magic to life every day. As part of our Hotel Retail team, you’ll help create fun, memorable experiences for guests staying overnight at the resort. From helping a child find the perfect LEGO set to delivering special packages that make their stay even more exciting, you’ll be part of the moments families remember long after their trip ends.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Team Member, you’ll help bring energy and excitement to our hotel shop locations while providing world-class guest service.

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service in our hotel retail stores

• Share your product knowledge and help guests discover the perfect LEGO sets, souvenirs, and gifts

• Support store leadership with a variety of daily tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver pre-sold packages to guests, helping make special moments even more memorable

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays

• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process purchases

• Complete opening and closing store procedures in accordance with company policies

• Help maintain inventory and participate in Loss Prevention practices

• Represent the LEGO and Merlin culture, values, and guest service standards in everything you do

Safety & Compliance

Team members must follow all company Health, Safety & Security policies and comply with ASTM, NEC, NSF, OSHA, and state/local regulations. Prompt reporting of incidents and adherence to safe work practices is required.
