At LEGOLAND® New York Resort, every detail matters when it comes to delivering an unforgettable family experience. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

What You’ll Do

As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms thoroughly (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, restocking amenities)

  • Preparing rooms for arriving guests according to brand standards

  • Refreshing stayover rooms to ensure continued comfort

  • Inspecting rooms for maintenance concerns and reporting issues promptly

  • Responding to guest requests quickly and courteously

  • Assisting with deep cleaning projects as assigned

  • Maintaining proper inventory of housekeeping supplies

  • Signing in/out radios for interdepartmental communication

  • Signing in/out master keys in accordance with key control procedures

  • Following all LEGOLAND New York Resort policies, OSHA standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines

  • Maintaining professional standards of conduct, hygiene, uniform, and appearance

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Detail-oriented and task-driven

  • Reliable, flexible, and team-focused

  • Organized with strong time management skills

  • Positive, professional, and guest-focused

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Customer service experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items

  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

Schedule & Availability

  • Full availability required, including weekends and holidays

  • Shifts typically run 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Sunday–Saturday)

  • Hours/Days may vary based on hotel occupancy and business needs
