As a Customer Service Representative at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort, you’ll be the friendly voice our guests connect with when planning their fun. You’ll support guests through phone, email, and web chat—handling bookings, answering questions, processing payments, and helping families get excited for their visit!
The ideal candidate brings at least 6 months of call center experience and 6 months of web or live chat experience, along with the flexibility to work one of two shifts within the Call Center’s operating hours of 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This role is scheduled 5 days out of 7, including weekends and/or holidays, based on business needs.
Deliver a “BEST IN CLASS” Guest Excellence experience via phone, email, and web chat
Assist guests with bookings, payments, and questions for Merlin attractions and Resort Hotels
Upsell products and offer great alternatives when plans change
Accurately document guest details and follow all policies and procedures
Help resolve concerns with patience, positivity, and problem-solving skills
Work closely with a fun, fast-paced team to meet guest service and sales goals
18 years or older
At least 6 months of call center experience and 6 months of web/live chat experience
Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Comfortable using multiple computer systems and processing payments securely
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability to work 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends
