At Madame Tussauds Hollywood, we’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and guest-obsessed individuals to join our Guest Experience Team. As part of Merlin Entertainments, you’ll help bring world-famous experiences to life—creating smiles and memories for guests from around the globe, every single day.

🎉 Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with energy, confidence, and a positive attitude—living the Merlin Values every day

• Proactively engage with guests and create memorable interactions filled with fun and excitement

• Manage queues and guest flow safely while keeping spirits high

• Keep public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day

• Follow opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running smoothly

• Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and security standards

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
