This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective executive support, and a consistent employee experience across onboarding, engagement, and Hub coordination. The EA acts as a trusted partner to leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic and people-focused priorities by managing logistics, communications, and cross-functional coordination.
