About the Role

We’re on the hunt for fun-loving, energetic, and curious humans to join our Education Team – because here, every day is an adventure, and every guest deserves a little sprinkle of magic. 🪄

As a part-time Education Host, you’ll:

• Make guests smile, giggle, and maybe even say “Wow!” more times than they can count.

• Lead super fun animal talks and interactions – think of yourself as a guide to the underwater world! 🐠

• Keep the aquarium sparkling and safe – because magic works best in a clean, happy space.

• Share cool ocean facts and conservation tips… but in a way that’s fun, not boring. 🌊

• Keep the guest experience flowing like a smooth wave, even during busy days.

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
