At LEGOLAND Discovery Center, every shift is an adventure. You’ll jump into different roles—from greeting guests at Admissions, running our awesome rides, and serving tasty snacks, to hosting epic birthday parties, helping in Retail, rocking a character costume, and making special events truly magical. No boring days here!

What You’ll Do

✨ Bring BIG energy, great vibes, and a can-do attitude
✨ Create unforgettable moments with guests—smiles, laughs, high-fives encouraged
✨ Keep lines moving safely while making them feel like part of the fun
✨ Make our attraction look amazing with clean, stocked, ready-to-wow spaces
✨ Follow opening/closing checklists like a pro
✨ Help keep everyone safe by following all Health & Safety guidelines

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
