• Greet and engage guests with positivity, enthusiasm, and boundless energy.

• Make every visit unforgettable by providing world-class service and attention to detail.

• Keep queues, public areas, and retail displays welcoming, organized, and magical.

• Support our team in opening and closing procedures while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

• Follow all health, safety, and security policies — because keeping the magic safe is our top priority!

• Bring your energy and passion to a variety of roles across the attraction — no two days are the same!

🧙‍♀️ What Makes You Magical

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
