You’ll deliver exceptional guest service, maintain sparkling displays, share your product knowledge, and ensure guests leave smiling — all while maximizing retail opportunities in a friendly, fun, and safe environment.
Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic service.
Assist guests in finding the perfect souvenirs, gifts, and merchandise while maximizing sales opportunities.
Keep retail areas clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
Ensure displays and point-of-sale areas are fully stocked and ready for guest interactions.
Follow opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
Adhere to health, safety, and security policies, including COVID-19 regulations, to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
