We’re on the search for fun-loving, energetic, and retail-savvy superstars to join our Guest Experience Team, with a special focus on delivering an AMAZING experience in our LEGO Retail Store!

🎯 Your Responsibilities

✨ Be a Guest Experience Champion
Bring passion, positivity, and the “Merlin Magic” to every guest you meet.

✨ Retail Rockstar Duties

• Help guests find the perfect products by showing off your LEGO knowledge.

• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and looking awesome.

• Maintain eye-catching displays and clean, tidy retail areas all day long.

• Assist with transactions, returns, and purchases at the point of sale.

✨ Bring the Fun Everywhere
Seek out guest interactions and spread that high-energy fun that makes LEGOLAND legendary.

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
